Sharing a Vision for Main Beach and The Spit
The proposed ASF development will:
- Destroy the 15 metre height limit on The Spit
- Start a cascading of high rises being built on The Spit
- Dramatically increase the traffic chaos
- Employ far, far less people than the 7,500 that ASF are claiming
The Main Beach Association will fully participate in the public consultation that the government is initiating and encourage all their members to do the same. Lobby government to try to convince them that the majority of Gold Coast people do not want the ASF development to proceed.
